A long-term home for business documentation
The workspace is not limited to financial processing. Keep contracts, company letters, tax correspondence, reports, invoices and receipts as PDFs or document photos. Retain the originals and return to them through search, chat and source-linked facts as your business grows.
Self-hosting means you operate the archive, including its storage and backups. This is not a promise of indefinite preservation or legally compliant archival storage.
